Senior Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Present Snowflake technology and vision, focusing on the AI Data Cloud, to executives and technical contributors
• Work hands-on with prospects to demonstrate value through demos, proof of concepts, and design implementation
• Maintain deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies to position Snowflake effectively
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve products and marketing

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of industry pre-sales experience
• Strong understanding of value-based selling methodologies like MEDDPIC/MEDDIC
• Broad experience with data platforms, analytics, cloud technologies, data warehousing, and lake house architectures
• Ability to demonstrate Generative AI and Machine Learning (ML) use cases
• Deep hands-on expertise with Python and SQL
• Familiarity with data modeling, data governance, and data engineering
• Experience in the South African market

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields
• Arabic fluency
