Senior Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver presentations of Snowflake technology and vision to prospects, customers, executives, and IT professionals
• Demonstrate the value of Snowflake technology through demos and PoCs throughout the entire sales cycle
• Understand competitors and related technologies to effectively position Snowflake within the evolving industry
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to drive product improvements and marketing activities

Requirements

• 7-8 years of industry experience with at least 3 years in a pre-sales environment
• Strong presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences, including whiteboarding and live demos
• Extensive experience with large-scale databases, data warehouse technology, ETL, analytics, and cloud technology
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL and SQL analytics
• Ability to map specific business challenges to Snowflake solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• Fluency in both Japanese and English
