Senior Solution Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions to meet client technical requirements.
• Integrate Acxiom and third-party software to create data-driven solutions for complex business and marketing problems.
• Automate multiple data products and perform root cause analysis to resolve client issues.
• Modify and optimize databases to ensure high performance and data integrity.
• Provide input on functional requirements and lead code review sessions.
• Proactively identify areas for innovation and process improvement within the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in Information Technology.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, JSON, SQL, PL-SQL, C, C++, or Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Linux/Unix commands and file management.
• Strong understanding of Relational Database principles (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Web services APIs.
• Experience working with Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of C#, Python, PHP, Perl, or MySQL.
• Experience with Big Data technologies like Apache Hadoop, Spark, or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and data sharing platforms like Databricks.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, Splunk, or BASH.
• Understanding of PII/Pseudonymous data, GDPR-Privacy Regulations, and encryption (PGP/GPG).
