About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic implementations including project management, requirement gathering, and system configuration
- Consult with customers on industry best practices and document user stories
- Lead project scoping, planning, and scheduling to ensure successful deployments
- Develop visual representation diagrams of customer end-client journeys
- Implement custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers within Talkdesk or 3rd party CRMs
- Build trust with customer executives and stakeholders to remove project roadblocks
- Partner with internal Product and Support teams to ensure timely delivery of feature requests and bug fixes
- Participate in the sales cycle to develop proposals and Statements of Work (SOW)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or SaaS software development
- Experience implementing or integrating with CRMs like Salesforce or Zendesk
- Familiarity with Web Services and REST APIs
- Experience with diagramming software such as Visio or Lucid Chart
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work US shift hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL/SOQL and JavaScript
- Software implementation or coding experience
- Bilingual abilities
