About the role

Responsibilities

  • Master the Service Manager solution and expand knowledge of new solutions
  • Provide recommendations and identify areas for improvement for clients
  • Participate in the development and optimization phases of solutions within client contexts
  • Proactively identify and manage risks related to customers
  • Independently lead working meetings with clients
  • Deliver services that meet client acceptance criteria and management requirements
  • Ensure project methodology is properly documented and applied
  • Manage and adapt the scope of assignments as needed

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Consultant on Easyvista Service Manager
  • Knowledge of other solutions in the Easyvista Portfolio
  • Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
  • Located in France, preferably in the Paris area
  • ITIL certification
  • Strong technical skills and customer service orientation
  • Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills
