About the role
Responsibilities
- Master the Service Manager solution and expand knowledge of new solutions
- Provide recommendations and identify areas for improvement for clients
- Participate in the development and optimization phases of solutions within client contexts
- Proactively identify and manage risks related to customers
- Independently lead working meetings with clients
- Deliver services that meet client acceptance criteria and management requirements
- Ensure project methodology is properly documented and applied
- Manage and adapt the scope of assignments as needed
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Consultant on Easyvista Service Manager
- Knowledge of other solutions in the Easyvista Portfolio
- Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
- Located in France, preferably in the Paris area
- ITIL certification
- Strong technical skills and customer service orientation
- Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills
