Senior Solution Architect/Project Expert IT-AM SD & SCM

Responsibilities

• Design IT solution blueprints and specifications for service design.
• Manage service transitions by building new IT solutions, including customizing and developments.
• Coordinate and steer developers and internal/external consultants within your area of responsibility.
• Align with key users for testing, quality assurance, deployment support, and documentation.
• Act as Project or Change Lead to ensure proper handling of scope, quality, time, and budget.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for service operations regarding incidents and problems.
• Drive continuous improvement (CI) within your area of expertise and propose implementation ideas.
• Conduct knowledge transfers and training for other team members.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration or IT.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Proficient knowledge in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), SAP SCM, Billing, and Pricing.
• Basic knowledge in FI/CO, PP, ABAP, and Master Data Management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and Project Management capabilities.
• Fluent in English.
• Action-oriented professional with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
