Senior Solution Architect (SAP P2P HR)

Responsibilities

• Design and build exceptional employee journeys and efficient procurement lifecycles through SAP and integrated technologies.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear technical specifications for HRX and P2P systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Sales stakeholders to develop and implement intuitive tools and automated processes.
• Lead large-scale SAP implementations, including S/4HANA migrations, system configurations, and testing strategies.
• Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to track the effectiveness of HR and P2P initiatives, driving continuous optimization.
• Drive automation opportunities, specifically leveraging AI, within HR, Legal, Sales, and P2P workflows.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, quality assurance, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Systems, with a strong focus on HR and/or P2P processes.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring teams.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale, complex SAP project implementations.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and optimization projects.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and managing broader SAP and related ecosystem initiatives.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
• Experience working within regulated industries such as finance or healthcare.
• Knowledge of SAP localizations for North America, Europe, LATAM, and Asian markets.
• Strong background in change management and user training for global system implementations.
