Senior Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for major Enterprise Sector clients
• Develop deep understanding of customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address needs
• Create and own value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations
• Participate in all phases of planning and execution from discovery to technical win
• Demonstrate Elastic products and solutions in sales meetings, meetups, and conferences
• Advise sales teams on effective positioning of products, solutions, and services
• Onboard, educate, and enable partners to support sales cycles
• Communicate customer needs and gaps to engineering and leadership teams

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of success in a technical presales role
• Mandatory experience in enterprise search, observability, or cybersecurity
• Experience with cybersecurity (SIEM, SOAR, XDR, Endpoint) is a strong advantage
• Experience working within the Enterprise sector
• Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms and software
• Willingness to travel 30% within a region and occasionally internationally
• Fluent in English (business level)
