Senior Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external sales teams during the presales phase
• Design and implement innovative, complex multi-provider technical solutions for Enterprise clients
• Translate stakeholder requirements into desired IT results and business outcomes
• Conduct customer needs analysis to anticipate requirements beyond existing solution scopes
• Contribute to the overall technology vision and participate in architectural design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and the wider Dell Technologies community
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive information and emerging technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT domain experience as an architect, systems engineer, or consultant
• Proven track record of designing complex solutions involving technologies from multiple providers
• Deep knowledge of the Dell Technologies portfolio of solutions and services
• Ability to translate business needs into technical architectures considering current and future constraints
• Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, active listening, and negotiation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Background in industry vertical business drivers, solutions, and architectural methods
