About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the EP Network External Access architecture
- Perform continuous analysis of vulnerabilities and bugs
- Provide Level 3 support to Operations teams
- Analyse new requests from DGs and business units
- Participate in infrastructure implementation and migration activities
- Produce technical documentation and activity reports
- Support testing, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and operational activities
Requirements
- Relevant Degree in IT
- Experience with Proxy and reverse-proxy systems
- Experience with Extranet Portals
- Experience with Bandwidth management solutions
- Knowledge of Web standards (http, https, java, html)
- Knowledge of Multimedia transport and delivery protocols
- Experience with Content security systems (antivirus, code analysis)
- Experience with User authentication solutions and mechanisms
- Knowledge of Public DNS
- Experience with Traffic encryption (HTTPS, TLS, SSH)
