Senior Solution Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance analytical dashboards and visualizations for the Procurement department using PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake, and SQL.
• Create logic and calculations for key KPIs and metrics to support local, regional, and global procurement stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engagement Leads, Data Engineering, and Procurement Management to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Provide insightful data analysis to senior stakeholders and communicate complex findings in a concise, meaningful manner.
• Manage data-side system migrations and ensure timely updates to analytics solutions.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation and train end-users on new reports and dashboards.
• Mentor team members on advanced data analysis techniques and opportunity identification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering with a minimum 7 CGPA.
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience in data analytics or solution analysis.
• Comprehensive practical experience with Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, and Snowflake database.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with massive datasets and utilize storytelling to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of advanced data analytics or Data Science, including data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
• Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate and deliver solutions within defined timelines.
