Senior Solution Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and visualizations for the Procurement department using Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, and SQL.
• Identify problem statements and propose data-backed solutions using statistical and data science concepts.
• Develop logic and calculations for key metrics to support procurement stakeholders on local, regional, and global levels.
• Collaborate with Engagement Leads, Data Engineering, and Procurement Management to deliver analytical requirements.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation and provide training to end-users on new reports.
• Lead the execution of dashboard components within annual value delivery plans and strategic initiatives.
• Manage data-side system migrations and ensure timely updates to analytics solutions.
• Mentor team members on advanced data analysis and opportunity identification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering with a minimum 6 CGPA.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in data analytics, including building dashboards and visualization tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake database.
• Intermediate level of Python programming.
• Applied knowledge of statistical modelling and analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with massive datasets and utilize storytelling to drive decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in Data Science, including data modelling and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with Tableau desktop.
• Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate analytics solutions within defined timelines.
