Senior Software Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand functional, non-functional, and performance requirements
• Review requirements and design documents to ensure clarity and testability
• Maintain and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and testing scope
• Perform manual, system, integration, regression, and exploratory testing
• Maintain automated test scripts, frameworks, environments, and test data
• Execute performance testing, analyze results, and manage defects
• Prepare concise test reports covering results, defect status, and performance metrics
• Provide on-site support during UAT, go-live, and post-deployment

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in testing and support
• Practical experience with automation tools such as Robot Framework or Playwright
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter
• Strong SQL skills for test data setup and validation
• Experience in API testing
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA
• Experience in customer support, UAT, or production support
• Bachelor's degree or above
