Senior Software QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and validation suites for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted testing and intelligent automation practices using GenAI tools for test generation and defect analysis.
• Validate complex simulation workflows including injection molding, cooling, warpage analysis, and solver computations.
• Integrate automated validation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with global Agile teams to improve product testability and mentor team members on modern QA practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Software QA or Quality Engineering.
• Proficiency in programming and automation using Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience testing desktop applications, APIs, or engineering software systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted testing or GenAI-enabled QA workflows.
• Experience with Autodesk Moldflow or similar CAE/simulation software.
• Knowledge of injection molding, plastics engineering, or manufacturing workflows.
• Experience validating engineering or scientific computation software.
• Familiarity with simulation solvers, meshing workflows, or numerical validation concepts.
