About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead deep technical engagements with hyperscale Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) as the primary NVIDIA point of contact for system software, firmware, and platform readiness.
- Partner with CSP engineering leaders to align on software architecture, bring-up plans, and deployment requirements for NVIDIA-based server and rack-scale platforms.
- Represent CSP technical priorities internally, advocating for customer requirements across NVIDIA’s system software, firmware, hardware, and silicon teams.
- Own the end-to-end CSP engagement lifecycle, from early technical alignment through large-scale deployment and sustained production support.
- Drive bi-directional technical communication, translating CSP system-level requirements into actionable engineering tasks and communicating NVIDIA platform capabilities back to customers.
- Proactively identify and manage cross-company technical risks, including OS enablement, firmware maturity, and hardware/software integration challenges.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in systems software, embedded software, or datacenter server development, including leadership responsibility.
- Strong background in systems or embedded software, specifically with Linux kernel/drivers, server firmware (BMC/BIOS/UEFI), or datacenter platform bring-up.
- Demonstrated technical leadership as a software engineering manager, technical lead, or senior architect leading large cross-functional efforts.
- Proven experience delivering datacenter server software or rack-scale systems (not limited to application or SaaS-only software).
- Experience working directly with hyperscale CSP engineering teams on technical topics such as performance, reliability, and observability.
- BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with NVIDIA GB200 and/or GB300 platforms, including involvement in system software or platform enablement.
- Experience driving CSP-facing engagements specifically for NVIDIA datacenter platforms.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end NVIDIA datacenter software stack, including platform integration and deployment at hyperscale.
