Senior Software Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-system, application-level software features spanning both software and hardware in C/C++
• Directly interact with customers to identify target use-cases and manage integration projects
• Develop end-to-end software integrations in C/C++ for applications like Matrix headlight control and Smart vehicle access
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware and electrical teams to deploy systems for intelligent vehicles
• Design and bring up test rigs for end-to-end system testing and on-vehicle validation
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot integrations between various software components

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software integration or software development
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related area
• Deep understanding of electronic systems and debugging processes
• Strong development experience in C/C++ and testing software applications
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering
• Familiarity with Linux development and Bash scripting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry with technologies like CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Simulink, or AUTOSAR
• Experience interacting with customers to deliver projects
• Experience developing software for large projects involving CI/CD and release processes
• Familiarity with developing software for embedded systems
• Skills in adjacent areas such as CAD, 3D printing, or PCB design
