Senior Software Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-system, application-level software features spanning software and hardware in C/C++ to meet customer requirements
• Develop end-to-end software integrations for applications such as matrix headlight control, smart vehicle access, and in-car voice assistants
• Interact directly with customers to identify target use-cases and manage integration projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware and electrical teams to deploy systems for intelligent vehicles
• Design and implement test rigs for end-to-end system testing and on-vehicle validation
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot integrations between various software components to ensure reliability and performance

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software integration or software development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Deep understanding of electronic systems and experience setting up and debugging them
• Strong development and testing skills in C/C++
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering principles
• Familiarity with Linux development and Bash scripting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry with technologies such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Simulink, or AUTOSAR
• Experience interacting with customers to deliver project-based requirements
• Experience developing software for large-scale projects involving CI/CD and release processes
• Familiarity with embedded systems software development
• Skills in adjacent areas such as CAD/3D printing or PCB design
