About the Company

BoostDraft is a software engineering company that develops an IDE for documents. Founded by MIT and Stanford graduates, the company creates an assisted document editor that employs error checking, reference checking, and auto-completion using rule-based approaches and NLP, similar to professional coding editors like VSCode.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement classes and methods for a document IDE
• Refactor existing code for better extensibility
• Conduct user interviews to understand daily workflows and pain points
• Propose innovative and feasible ideas for unprecedented features
• Perform unit testing and code reviews
• Contribute to overall architecture design and technology selection

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience coding in C#
• Experience developing user-facing products
• Proficiency with GitHub and understanding of CI/CD concepts
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field
• Fluent English communication skills
• Passion for writing clean, efficient code

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working at a startup
• Fluency in Korean
• Experience in engineering teams of 5 or more members
