Senior Software Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-impact software engineering initiatives and platforms focused on CPQ platform delivery and business transformation
• Shape engineering standards, architecture, and automation strategies to accelerate software delivery
• Partner with product and business teams to prioritize and execute complex cross-organizational programs
• Define technology strategy and influence engineering roadmaps to drive long-term innovation
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders to align engineering investments with strategic goals
• Champion tools and practices that improve developer productivity, including automation for builds, deployments, and testing
• Lead performance management and build a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence within the engineering team

Requirements

• Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of job-related experience in software engineering
• 8-10 years of management experience
• Proven experience in software design and development
• Extensive experience in software architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, and API development
