Senior Software Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the technical team by leading recruitment and onboarding efforts to support a fast-growing organization
• Own the end-to-end delivery process, from requirements and design to execution and final delivery
• Drive system design for real-world environments, focusing on edge deployment, security, and reliability
• Integrate field-user feedback into the technical roadmap to ensure products meet mission-critical needs
• Mentor and coach engineers to foster a culture of high performance and continuous career growth

Requirements

• At least 5 years of engineering management experience with a proven track record of scaling high-performance teams
• Deep technical background with familiarity in modern programming languages such as Rust, React, and Python
• Strong understanding of software architecture, including front-end, middleware, and complex system integrations
• Extensive experience delivering customer-facing products and managing the full software development lifecycle
• Proven experience building and scaling highly available, mission-critical systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting technical talent in rapid-growth or R&D (0 to 1) environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse disciplines, including hardware, research, and data science
• A strong bias toward action and the ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguous environments
