Senior Software Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy high-quality web applications and backend services
• Build and maintain APIs using ASP.NET and ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design, architecture reviews, and implementation planning
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
• Contribute to CI/CD automation, containerization, and cloud-native engineering practices within an Agile environment

Requirements

• 9+ years of software development experience, including application design and delivery
• Expertise in React and TypeScript
• Strong experience with C# and ASP.NET
• Experience designing and consuming REST-based APIs
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Azure or comparable cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Experience with GitHub Actions or comparable CI/CD tooling
• Experience with Cosmos DB or comparable NoSQL databases
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and design patterns

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CSS-in-JS component libraries such as MUI
• Experience with CSS Modules
• Experience with Terraform
• Experience with SonarQube or comparable code quality tooling
