Senior Software Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering efforts by influencing team designs, solutions, and data architecture patterns.
• Mentor software engineers through hands-on design sessions and collaborative code reviews.
• Design complex APIs, data structures, and algorithms that are testable, maintainable, and performant.
• Drive technical excellence by identifying refactoring opportunities to reduce technical debt.
• Incorporate automation into testing, build, and deployment processes to increase team efficiency.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align priorities and synthesize them into a quarterly platform roadmap.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply them to operational activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 6+ years of experience delivering solutions using .NET and React, including Python for AI/ML and automation.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core Web API, and React.
• Experience with DevOps best practices in a cloud-native environment (Azure preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and Entity Framework Core.
• Solid understanding of Agile development and product management principles (roadmapping, prioritization).
• Proven problem-solving skills and deep understanding of data structures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks and Azure Public Cloud.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry technology and requirements.
• Experience with Git Actions, Sonar, and open-source frameworks.
