Senior Software Engineering Lead- DevOps

Responsibilities

• Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers within a cross-functional team
• Drive cloud-based solution delivery and design native cloud architectures on Azure or GCP
• Build and manage automated CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Implement and scale AI/ML solutions, including LLMs, MLOps, and intelligent agents
• Architect and maintain microservices and event-driven systems using Kafka or Redis
• Automate manual workflows to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle from agile planning to production support

Requirements

• 9+ years of software development experience
• 4+ years of AI/ML engineering experience (NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs)
• 6+ years of full-stack development experience with React.js and RESTful APIs
• 4+ years of cloud deployment experience (Azure or GCP) including Kubernetes
• 4+ years of DevOps and CI/CD experience (Terraform, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions)
• Expertise in backend development using Python or Java (FastAPI, Spring Boot)
• Experience with event-driven architecture and real-time data processing
• Proficiency with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (MySQL, SQL Server, etc.)
• Experience building AI agents or copilots using frameworks like LangChain or OpenAI SDK

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google ADK
• Demonstrated ability to leverage coding assistants like GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity
• Strong background in solution architecture for complex enterprise ecosystems
