Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive core product domains including Manufacturing Execution, Supply Chain, Finance, and Inventory
• Stabilize essential services to 99.9% uptime and reduce manual production interventions
• Lead technical design for APIs, data models, and service boundaries
• Build resilient integrations between digital services and physical hardware tooling
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response
• Prototype workflows directly on the shop floor with manufacturing and flight ops teams
• Mentor peers and refine CI/CD and automated testing practices

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience developing full-stack production systems at scale
• Proficiency with Python, Go, PostgreSQL, React, Kafka, gRPC, AWS, Grafana, or Honeycomb
• Experience with operational excellence, including defining service health metrics and runbooks
• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week at engineering or operations hubs
• Willingness to travel up to 15% annually
• Strong systems perspective and ability to solve ambiguous operational problems
