Responsibilities

• Build central platform capabilities, services, agents, and MCP integrations to accelerate AI adoption.
• Act as the architecture funnel for non-product AI, reviewing use cases and recommending optimal paths.
• Set and enforce application-level standards for integration patterns, data handling, identity, and observability.
• Serve as the single interface between business teams and core Engineering/Security organizations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and operating production backend applications.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling including LLM APIs, MCP, and evals.
• Strong architectural knowledge and ability to consult both engineers and non-engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in internal AI, DevEx, or business systems engineering.
• Familiarity with AWS, Snowflake, n8n, Salesforce, or Okta.
