Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop a revolutionary finance marketplace product, including design, user experience, and business logic.
• Lead multiple high-performance engineering teams and ensure adherence to development processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Architects to ideate and align technical builds.
• Participate in code and design reviews to establish best software design and development practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the team.
• Design and develop software components and systems for various pods.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to drive product quality.
• Participate in technical hiring activities to attract top engineering talent.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in full stack development for enterprise-class applications.
• Expertise in Java technologies, specifically Spring, Hibernate, and Kafka.
• Proven experience designing scalable applications capable of handling millions of transactions.
• Strong knowledge of NoSQL and RDBMS, including schema design and large-scale data handling.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes deployment and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or GCP.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
• Commitment to code craftsmanship, unit testing, and test automation.
