Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex technical initiatives, including design, coding, testing, and debugging of software solutions
• Contribute to large-scale strategic planning and technical domain development
• Resolve complex technical challenges through in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to achieve technical goals and resolve issues
• Provide guidance, direction, and coding oversight to less experienced staff members
• Participate in the full end-to-end product lifecycle, from analyzing business requirements to writing technical specifications

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Proficiency in Java-based full stack development
• Experience with Cloud technologies such as PCF or OpenShift
• Strong knowledge of UI frameworks like Angular or React
• Experience developing RESTful web services and Microservices using Spring Boot
• Proficiency with database management systems including Oracle, MongoDB, or SQL Server
• Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, or Selenium

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) and Java design patterns
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments
• Ability to design and implement efficient, test-driven code for service and business layer components
