Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex technical initiatives, including design, coding, testing, and debugging of software solutions
• Contribute to large-scale strategic planning and technical domain development
• Review complex technical challenges and evaluate appropriate technologies and procedures
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to resolve technical issues and achieve project goals
• Provide guidance, direction, and coding oversight to less experienced staff members
• Participate in the full end-to-end product lifecycle using Agile and DevOps practices

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework
• Experience with full-stack development including UI frameworks like Angular or React
• Experience with Cloud technologies such as PCF or OpenShift
• Strong understanding of RESTful Web services and Microservices architecture
• Experience with database management using Oracle, MongoDB, or SQL Server
• Proficiency in testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, or Selenium

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing client-side UI components and consuming/exposing services
• Advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD)
• Experience with Spring Boot and MVC patterns
• Ability to design and maintain efficient, test-driven code
