Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and contribute to large-scale strategic planning.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document software solutions for various technology domain projects.
• Resolve complex technical challenges through in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to achieve technical goals and resolve issues.
• Provide guidance, direction, and technical escalation support to less experienced staff.
• Develop code following established best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
• Utilize GenAI tools to improve development efficiency and automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in Core Java and Java-based web application development.
• Strong expertise in JEE technologies and the Spring framework.
• Experience developing REST/SOAP web services and application integration.
• Proficiency with React JS for front-end development.
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI tools for development and automation.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Experience with JUnit testing and CI/CD tools.
