Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and contribute to large-scale strategic planning
• Design, code, test, debug, and document software projects and programs
• Review technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve complex issues and lead teams to meet client needs while adhering to compliance requirements
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve organizational goals
• Act as an escalation point and provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Proficiency in .NET Full Stack development, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, and Web API
• Strong experience with Object-Oriented Design principles and design patterns
• Experience developing and consuming web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
• Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery, with experience in AngularJS or ReactJS
• Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Experience in relational database design and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and automation tools like Selenium or Playwright
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• Experience identifying and remediating application security vulnerabilities
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and SDLC processes
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs
• Experience working directly with US-based partner teams
