Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical initiatives, including the design, coding, testing, and documentation of scalable cloud-native solutions
• Contribute to large-scale strategic planning and technical domain environments
• Resolve complex technical challenges through in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to achieve technical goals and resolve issues
• Provide guidance, direction, and coding oversight to less experienced staff members
• Participate in the end-to-end product lifecycle, from analyzing business requirements to deploying complex modules

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Microservices architecture
• Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular or React
• Knowledge of cloud technologies like OpenShift or PCF
• Experience working with REST APIs and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, or Selenium

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing event-driven architectures and cross-platform consumption patterns
• Knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle databases
• Experience with orchestration tools like Autosys
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices
• Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD)
