Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical initiatives, design, code, test, and document large-scale software projects
• Contribute to large-scale strategic planning and technical domain upgrades
• Resolve complex technical challenges through in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to achieve technical goals and resolve issues
• Provide guidance, direction, and escalation support to less experienced staff
• Design and maintain applications using .NET Core and React.js, including building RESTful APIs
• Optimize SQL Server databases through query tuning, indexing, and performance optimization
• Implement automated testing and integrate solutions with CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core
• Experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
• Expert-level SQL Server skills, including T-SQL and performance tuning
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit and Jest
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microservices architecture and OpenShift or Kubernetes
• Familiarity with security best practices including OAuth, JWT, and OWASP
• Ability to develop dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Experience managing batch workflows using AutoSys
• Knowledge of GenAI and Agentic frameworks for intelligent automation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Agile collaboration skills
