Responsibilities
- Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Design, code, test, debug, and document projects, including upgrades and deployments
- Contribute to large-scale strategic planning and technical domain strategies
- Resolve complex technical challenges through in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to achieve technical goals
- Provide guidance, direction, and escalation support to less experienced staff
Requirements
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
- Proficiency in Java and the Spring framework
- Experience with Distributed Systems and Microservices development
- Strong skills in API design and building fault-tolerant systems
- Hands-on development experience with AI agents such as Copilot or Claude
