Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and contribute to large-scale strategic planning
• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects, including upgrades and deployments
• Develop scalable, high-performance cloud-native solutions using Java and microservices
• Expand digital client experiences by leveraging AI, Machine Learning, and agentic capabilities
• Resolve complex technical challenges and provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build event-driven architectures and automate remediation of recurring issues
• Participate in the full end-to-end product lifecycle, from analyzing requirements to writing technical specifications

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, JDBC, JavaBeans)
• Hands-on experience with agentic architectures and frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
• Experience developing RESTful web services and microservices
• Proficiency in frontend technologies including Angular or React
• Experience with Cloud technologies such as OpenShift or PCF
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design (OOA/OOD) and design patterns

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience deploying autonomous agents or multi-agent frameworks
• Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, or Selenium
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Autosys
• Knowledge of Python and AI SDLC toolsets
