Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and contribute to large-scale strategic planning.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document scalable enterprise solutions and software deployments.
• Resolve complex technical challenges through in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to achieve technical goals and resolve issues.
• Provide guidance, direction, and escalation support to less experienced staff members.
• Architect and build AI-powered solutions, including LLM integration, RAG patterns, and AI pipelines.
• Embed AI into core business workflows to drive productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional Software Engineering experience.
• Full Stack development expertise with C# .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Proficiency in UI frameworks such as Blazor, Angular, or React.
• Proven experience in AI-powered solution architecture (LLM, RAG, prompt engineering, and model orchestration).
• Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka event streaming.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with REST API development and tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Ability to write unit tests using XUnit and automation tests using Selenium.
• Experience working with Oracle or SQL Server databases, including complex queries.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Deep understanding of GenAI trends, ecosystem evolution, and AI agent orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with TDD, BDD, and automated deployment practices.
• Knowledge of responsive design (HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap).
