Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and deliverables within domain environments
• Contribute to large-scale strategic planning and technology roadmaps
• Design, code, test, debug, and document software projects, including upgrades and deployments
• Evaluate technologies and procedures to resolve complex technical challenges
• Resolve technical issues and lead teams to meet client needs while adhering to compliance requirements
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to achieve organizational goals
• Act as an escalation point and provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
