Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and contribute to large-scale strategic planning.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document software solutions for various technology domains.
• Resolve complex technical challenges through in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to achieve technical goals and resolve issues.
• Act as an escalation point and provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff members.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional Software Engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET Full Stack development, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, and Web API.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design principles and design patterns.
• Experience developing and consuming web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and test automation tools like Selenium or Playwright.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the full SDLC.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
• Experience identifying and remediating application security vulnerabilities.
• Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working directly with US-based partner teams.
