Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects, including upgrades and deployments
• Contribute to large-scale strategic planning and technical evaluations
• Resolve complex technical challenges and lead teams to meet client needs
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to achieve technical goals
• Act as an escalation point and provide guidance to less experienced staff

Requirements

• 6+ years of Software Engineering experience
• 4 years of database application development specifically in Oracle
• Strong PL/SQL skills for enhancing and maintaining stored procedures and functions
• Proficient data analysis skills for troubleshooting data quality and performing remediations
• Strong SQL skills with experience in query optimization and tuning

Preferred Qualifications

• Developer Certifications in SQL or PL/SQL
• Certifications in data analysis or data mining
• Prior experience working with agile development methodologies
• Prior experience in the KYC (Know Your Customer) domain
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging technical and business stakeholders
