Responsibilities

• Deploy to rapidly triage and root cause active in-field issues
• Launch features across the onboard and offboard stack to mitigate behavioral issues
• Act as an active member of the Onboard RRG working group
• Improve production monitoring and response capabilities of the organization

Requirements

• BS/MS/PHD in Computer Science or a similar technical field
• General software engineering experience programming in C++
• Ability to collaborate within and across teams
• Ability to rapidly ramp up on new codebases and projects

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Experience with data mining and analysis using SQL
• Familiarity with ML systems
