Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable backend services for the data platform
• Contribute to architectural decisions using DDD, hexagonal architecture, and event-driven systems
• Collaborate with product teams to transform business needs into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality and reliability through automated testing, CI/CD, and peer reviews
• Adopt a DevOps culture, including infrastructure and observability

Requirements

• Solid backend development experience (TypeScript, Java, Kotlin, Scala ZIO, Python, or similar)
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles (DDD, Clean/Hexagonal architecture)
• Experience with event-driven systems and high-volume data environments
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerized stacks, and observability tools
• Experience with multiple programming languages and both frontend and backend development
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork and mentoring
