Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of both frontend and backend applications, guiding and mentoring other engineers
• Architect core systems, including real-time job matching algorithms and autonomous worker vetting pipelines powered by ML and AI agents
• Design and build scalable web and mobile applications, distributed systems, and APIs
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create seamless user experiences and maintain high UI/UX standards
• Establish best practices for code reusability, performance, and build processes
• Implement monitoring systems to track application health and proactively resolve performance issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, React/React Native, and Node.js or Python
• Strong proficiency in API design, distributed systems, and client-side state management
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, GitHub Actions, and Datadog
• Proficiency with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Proven ability to ship scalable, high-quality products in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
