Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of both frontend and backend applications, guiding and mentoring other engineers.
• Architect core systems, including real-time job matching algorithms and autonomous worker vetting pipelines powered by ML and AI agents.
• Design and build scalable web and mobile applications, distributed systems, and APIs.
• Partner with product and design teams to create seamless user experiences and maintain high UI/UX standards.
• Establish best practices for code reusability, performance, and build processes.
• Implement monitoring systems to track application health and proactively resolve issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, React/React Native, and Node.js or Python.
• Strong proficiency in API design, distributed systems, and client-side state management.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, and Datadog.
• Proven track record of shipping scalable, high-quality products in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working in early-stage engineering teams and thriving in ambiguous settings.
