Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and build robust, scalable capabilities on the Salesforce platform using Apex Classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and complex integrations
• Extend Salesforce functionality by building supporting microservices and UI components using Node.js, Angular, and Java
• Implement solutions within Service Cloud and Data Cloud to create a unified, 360-degree view of the Guest journey
• Lead "Next-Gen" engineering efforts by leveraging GenAI tools (e.g., Cursor, ClaudeCode, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate velocity and improve code quality
• Drive technical excellence through Test-Driven Development (TDD) and maintain high standards for code reviews and architectural integrity
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers in an Agile environment to translate requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a senior role
• Proficiency in Java, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks like Angular
• Strong experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) patterns
• Fluency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Apex (triggers, controllers, asynchronous processing) and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Data Cloud implementations
• Experience using AI-driven IDEs and development tools to streamline workflows
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and modern DevOps workflows
