Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems for direct publisher integrations
• Lead platform infrastructure efforts, including Prebid header bidding and publisher tooling
• Drive key architectural decisions for greenfield codebases and next-generation services
• Partner with product managers, data scientists, and client services to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain the publisher platform
• Drive system performance improvements for large datasets with high availability and low latency
• Mentor engineers and elevate engineering practices
• Set and uphold technical standards for distributed systems and reliability

Requirements

• Senior-level experience building and scaling large distributed systems
• Strong architectural instincts for reliability, performance, and scale
• Proven experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-team initiatives
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and iterate quickly
• Experience with high-scale, real-time systems or platform development is a strong plus
