Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and evolution of the Janus platform end-to-end, from frontend workflows to backend infrastructure
• Build self-service tooling that empowers cross-functional teams to act independently
• Ensure platform reliability at scale, including high availability and near real-time config propagation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into well-engineered solutions
• Drive architectural decisions and set engineering quality standards
• Contribute to a culture of good engineering practices and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Experience building platform services, internal tooling, or developer infrastructure
• Skilled in distributed systems and understanding trade-offs in availability and consistency
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work with loosely defined requirements
• User-centric mindset for crafting intuitive workflows
• Self-driven with strong ownership and collaborative skills
