Responsibilities

• Build and optimize systems that assess, measure, and optimize supply quality across the programmatic ecosystem
• Work on technical challenges including identity resolution, statistical modeling, and real-time decisioning at platform scale
• Partner closely with product, data, and platform teams across different time zones
• Use C# / .NET, Python, and SQL to drive engineering decisions that impact platform economics

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development or engineering experience
• Proficiency in C# / .NET
• Strong experience with distributed systems and data-heavy backend work
• Solid grasp of computer science and engineering fundamentals
• Experience with modern development tools like Visual Studio, VS Code, Rider, and Git
• Ability to work effectively on an agile, distributed team
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GraphQL or REST API design
• Knowledge of large-scale data processing frameworks like Apache Spark
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Kafka, or microservices
• Experience with database engines such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Aerospike, Vertica, or Redis
• Proficiency in Python for data work or automation
