Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-scale systems that assess and optimize supply quality across the programmatic advertising ecosystem
• Develop solutions for deduplication, supply path analysis, and quality modeling
• Implement real-time decisioning tools that translate signals into actionable bid-time decisions
• Partner closely with product, data, and platform teams across global time zones
• Solve complex technical challenges involving identity resolution and statistical modeling at platform scale

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development or engineering experience
• Proficiency in C# / .NET
• Strong experience with distributed systems and data-heavy backend work (services or pipelines)
• Solid grasp of computer science and engineering fundamentals
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working within agile, distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GraphQL or REST API design
• Knowledge of large-scale data processing frameworks like Apache Spark
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow
• Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, or microservices architecture
• Proficiency with database engines such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Aerospike, or Redis
• Experience using Python for data work or automation
