Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship finance-related features including backend, data-oriented features, and UI development
• Build data pipelines, reports, and dashboards
• Develop solutions integrating with various CRM and ERP systems
• Work with internal users to gather feedback and provide long-term operational support
• Champion software quality through robust testing and mentor junior engineers
• Collaborate with international teams in an Agile environment

Requirements

• Proven track record of designing and maintaining features in complex production environments
• Full-stack experience with Java and/or Scala, SQL, React, and Node.js
• Experience designing data models and data pipelines
• Expertise in CRM/ERP integration using ETLs, event-driven architecture, or workflow orchestration
• Strong English communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality, well-tested code

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Ad-Tech industry
• Experience with Google data products (BigQuery, Looker)
• Experience with AWS
• Familiarity with Netsuite, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics-365
