Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain impactful improvements across frontend and backend code
• Collaborate with team members to ensure best practices across the codebase
• Manage individual initiative priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Mentor other team members to increase technical capabilities and foster an inclusive culture

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Extensive experience with mission-critical systems using Java or C#
• Expertise in Infrastructure, Databases, Data Processing, Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, Security, or Privacy
• Experience designing solutions to complex problems with significant business impact
• Strong understanding of production environments and platform primitives
• Proven ability to learn new coding languages, platforms, and frameworks
• Experience owning projects from initial idea through to production
• Experience mentoring junior engineers
