Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain impactful improvements across frontend and backend code
• Collaborate with team members to ensure best practices across the codebase
• Manage individual initiative priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Mentor other team members to increase technical capabilities and foster an inclusive culture

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of professional software development experience
• 4+ years of in-depth experience with React and relevant toolsets
• Extensive experience with general-purpose programming languages like Java or C#
• Expertise in one or more: Infrastructure, Databases, Data Processing, Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, Security, or Privacy
• Experience owning projects from initial idea to production
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing solutions to complex problems with significant business impact
• Strong understanding of system interactions with broader production environments and platform primitives
